DESCRIPTION:BEAMING is honored to provide local veterans with no-cost private equine sessions. Our goal is to provide safe and enjoyableexperiences\, whether it be grooming\, walking or riding horses\,groundwork or other fun activities at the barn.  \nEquine-assisted services help reduce anxiety\, improve strength\, balance\, motor skills and cognitive awareness\, help with anger management\, exercise memory and sequencing abilities.  \nParticipants have a range of diagnoses including but not limited to amputations\, spinal cord injury\, traumatic brain injury\, stroke\, anxiety\, depression and post-traumatic stress.  \nThis is a great way to meet and bond with fellow service members. So grab your girlfriends and join us to learn about movement and strength\, discover how to clear and calm your mind and burn off some of the crazy! \nThis event will be led by Jen Osborn\, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch Fitness. Jen\, who is certified by the National Exercise Trainers Association\, has a passion for health and wellness\, and especially loves helping others on their journeys.
