SUMMARY:Fall Fest- BOO at the BEAMING Ranch
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the BEAMING Ranch for a day of fall fun! Take part in our pumpkin decorating contest\, enjoy hay wagon rides (weather permitting)\, meet and groom horses\, explore our sensory walking path\, join in a scavenger hunt\, play kids games\, take photos with the horses\, and much more. Costumes are encouraged!\n\nDue to the event’s popularity\, we have scheduled one-hour sessions for each group of guests at 2pm\, 3pm\, and 4pm. This means everyone can have plenty of time and space to enjoy the activities without waiting in line or feeling rushed. Children aged 10 and under and seniors aged 65+ can attend for free\, and we kindly request a $5 donation ticket for all other guests. The event will take place rain or shine\, although wagon rides will depend on the weather.\nAll proceeds will support our equine programs\, which assist children and adults with diverse abilities\, veterans\, troubled and hurting youth\, children and families affected by crises\, as well as those living with dementia and Parkinson’s and their caretakers. Please consider including a donation to help us strengthen our community.\nThis is a great way to enjoy the fall in a non-spooky way! DESCRIPTION:We are excited to host a first-ever Christmas in July Carnival & Craft Fair on Saturday\, July 27\, 2024 from Noon-4pm at the BEAMING Ranch\, 2692 County Rd. GG\, Neenah. \nThis community event is a collaboration between BEAMING and other area nonprofits. It is an opportunity for visitors to meet with and learn about the important work being done by organizations and resources available in our communities. \nProceeds from the event will support Special Spaces\, a nonprofit that creates dream bedrooms for children with cancer.  \nThe event will feature activities including interaction with horses\, kids’ carnival games\, face painting\, balloon art\, food trucks\, raffle baskets\, and local crafters. Attendees will also have the chance to see the Vinland Fire Department Truck and Equipment\, the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department emotional support dog\, and meeting Santa for photos. \nParticipating nonprofits include Big Brothers and Big Sisters\, Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services\, Family Services Counseling Clinic\, J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue\, NAMI – Oshkosh\, Oshkosh Area Community Pantry\, Rawhide Youth Services\, Wild & Free Animal Rescue\, and 4-H Youth and Development. \nAdmission is $10 per car\, and tickets can be purchased in advance HERE or attendees can pay at the event. \nPlease note that this event requires closed-toed shoes! \n  \nChristmas in July Carnival & Craft Fair is sponsored by BEAMING Ranch and the TREG Foundation Fund. \n  \nFood Vendors:   \n\nCRAFTER AND NONPROFIT BOOTHS STILL AVAILABLE!\nIf you know or are a part of a nonprofit organization – or a crafter – that would like to participate\, please contact incbeaming@gmail.com. \nDOWNLOAD THE EVENT FLYER HERE (PDF)
